The Aftersales Wholesale Operations Team supports Nissan and Infiniti dealerships and wholesale customers by managing service parts availability. Key responsibilities include reviewing and releasing wholesale orders, providing delivery ETAs, collaborating with supply chain teams on forecasting, order planning, and inventory movement. This role specifically focuses on mechanical and collision-based wholesale customers and works cross-functionally with Inventory Management, PDC operations, logistics, packaging, dealer support, APO, PPE and Engineering, TCS, and other technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports wholesale customers to support complex inquiries related to parts identification, parts ordering, order status, part availability, parts pricing, etc.

  • Daily collaboration with internal teams within NNA to ensure timely shipment of open orders for wholesale customers

  • Collaborates with team leaders to identify necessary solutions to supplier challenges that pertain to supporting wholesale customers

  • Monitors demand trends and analyzes requirements that will make our wholesale customers more successful

  • Updates databases and provide reports to leadership in regard to wholesale critical backorders

Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university plus a minimum two years of directly related professional experience in supply chain/inventory control functions.

Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience using MRP/PTC SPM or other dynamic inventory control systems.

Background in master scheduling, engineering change control, statistical analysis, inventory control and forecasting systems, obsolescence control, and familiarity with purchasing systems

Technical Skills: 
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point)
Inventory Control and Forecast Planning Tools

Language: Advanced English

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with suppliers

  • Basic understanding of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related to supply and demand

Travel Required: If needed.
