Job Description Summary

The Project Quality Management (PQM) Team Leader manages Project Quality resources for the allocated Projects within the sub-region. Ensures the defined level of Quality on the Projects is measured, audited, reported and where necessary action plans are implemented and closely followed to address any issues.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to sub-region Project Quality Managers (PQM) during tendering and project execution phases.

  • Verify contractual requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Establish and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.

  • Facilitate sharing of project lessons learned with the projects and functions quality resources.

  • Lead continuous improvement of project quality operations and programs including standardization, quality management, document management, standard work, process improvement and maintenance of tools for the Project Quality Management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Major experience in Quality & Quality Management.

  • Language: Fluent English language skills.

  • Traveling: Ability to travel and work in the sub-region countries as required (up to 20% of work time).

  • Direct Customer-facing negotiation and service experience.
