We are looking for an exceptional Senior People Programs Partner to join our mighty People Team! 

As our very first Senior People Programs Partner, you’ll lead and own all aspects of our people programs that will help us build, develop and retain a high performing, world class team at Vanta. This role has the opportunity to build, iterate and scale people programs that will have an impact on Vanta’s culture and how we work. You’ll collaborate with leaders, managers and our people leaders to build, execute and evolve a portfolio of programs at a scaling company. 

What you’ll do as a Senior People Programs Partner at Vanta:

  • Owns all Vanta people programs, including talent management and performance programs, engagement, team member recognition and feedback

  • Designs and manages talent and performance management systems that drive high performance, continuous feedback, and growth. 

  • Lead efforts to measure and improve employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms. Develops and executes strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Builds effective feedback and recognition systems that encourage open communication, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement. 

  • Creates change management plans for strategic people programs and changes, including communication plans and resources

  • Partners with the leaders, managers, and team members to ensure our programs support and enable our high-performing culture.

  • Tracks and analyzes metrics to measure the effectiveness of our people programs, and drive continuous iteration and improvement

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience developing, executing and operationalizing people programs in fast paced environments

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset; able to effectively communicate insights and use data to measure and optimize enablement efforts.

  • Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced and thoughtful approach to building trust across all levels of the organization 

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and programs effectively

  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging trends in talent management programs

  • A demonstrated track record of bias for action, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done 

  • Creativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $136,000 - $160,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
