The LMS Analyst works as a member of the training team to analyze, implement and maintain the course administration side of the learning management system. This position will work closely with System, Project Managers and Developers to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of Dignity University.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for general testing, bi-annual release review and testing, and quality control of Dignity University
- Monitors projects and system deliverables for the development team
- Reviews Workday Community for new programs, processes and procedures and future system upgrades
- Generates and customizes training report statistics on a monthly basis
- Analyzes reports for trend analysis and accuracy
- Manages the back-up and annual course review process for the department, working with the Compensation Department
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand report statistics and needs
- Continually assesses report needs and takes initiative to improve statistical reporting
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand assignment requests and reasoning and provides alternative solutions, when needed
Provide Administrative Support
- Implements and maintains all course activities in the learning management system and concurrent databases in a timely manner
- Implements and maintains resource activities and assessments in the system
- Supports and initiates development team’s processes and procedures
- Oversees and documents the administrative processes for the development team
- Assists the SCI Service Center with Heat ticket resolutions
- Works on special projects
- Communicates and manages 3rd party vendor relationships/contracts

MINIMUM Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience
- Two (2) years of Report Development and Analysis
- Two (2) years Learning Management system preferred
- Two (2) years Workday experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Analytical skills, including research skills, ability to interpret data, ability to conceptualize, ability to analyze information
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems
- Ability to set priorities, flexibility to change priorities quickly and sensitivity to know when change is appropriate
- Eye for detail and quality assurance
