Who we are looking for:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and nimble Account Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day execution for a leading client. These clients are committed to evolving their digital experiences, brand presence, and consumer engagement strategies to meet the ever-changing consumer healthcare and beauty marketing landscape. It’s an exciting opportunity to foster true partnership with clients who are eager to innovate and connect with consumers effectively.

As an Account Supervisor, you will be a primary day-to-day contact for this business, responsible for ensuring agency projects are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the client’s marketing, digital shelf, brand communication, and campaign needs. You’ll have a pulse on the client work and the agency team, continuously finding ways to elevate the quality of our deliverables. You’ll be eager to bring people together while mentoring junior team members (if applicable) and play a key role in identifying new ways to make our work with our team and clients more seamless.

What you’ll do:

  • Client | Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, the CPG/beauty industry, consumer behavior, competition, and what customers are looking for in best-in-class digital experiences and product communication. Help guide them efficiently and effectively through agency processes for product launches, campaign executions, and brand initiatives. Be indispensable by reliably answering requests quickly and thoroughly, and proactively over-delivering at every opportunity.
  • Team | Collaborate effectively with cross-functional agency teams (e.g., creative, strategy, media, production, analytics) across departments, disciplines, and offices, forging partnerships to ensure seamless project delivery for integrated campaigns. Provide guidance and support to junior account team members, fostering their development.
  • Process | Manage and flawlessly execute agency projects from earliest concept stage (e.g., brief development for new product launches, digital campaigns) to deployment and retrospectives. Partner with the planning team to analyze existing business and consumer data and translate into impactful messaging, brand positioning, and new opportunities. Foster the relationship between the client and the agency by actively listening to client needs and proactively contributing to an environment of trust and respect. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of account management experience at a creative agency or equivalent, with significant experience in the CPG, health, and/or beauty sectors.
  • Experience working with Agile teams is preferred.
  • Experience working on global accounts for large consumer brands is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, specifically with brand managers and marketing teams at CPG companies.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to think on your feet and an eagerness to think outside the box, with an ego-less approach.
  • Comfortable and skilled in presentation planning and development, with the ability to present ideas, concepts, and project updates to key client stakeholders both remotely and in-person.
  • A resiliently positive attitude. This is critical to foster a highly collaborative environment.

 

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
