Sl. No Goals 1 Demonstrate at least one process improvement /cost saving initiative / human experience every quarter  2 Participate in at least one CIWG initiative every quarter  3 Ensure NO PO NO WORK ( Including adhoc ) 4 Conduct one Ethics session every Month  for IFM, Secondment and vendor partner 5 Strive to foster a culture of higher ethical behaviour in the account. 6 Ensure 100% adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements.  Any deviations should be reported immediately  7 Ensure all relevant documents pertaining to facility operations are maintained   8 Conduct and document monthly meetings with vendors and ensure completion of action items within the agreed timelines  9 Ensure all escalations are managed as per process  10 Ensure day to day Vendor performance is monitored and measured as per Service Level Agreements  11 Actively participate in the Compliance Review Program for your site and contribute for achieving 100% score in ‘Classic’ level  12 Demonstrate 100% adherence to all process and procedures pertaining to the facility operations  13 100% Adherence to the standards as per ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001  14 Undertake daily facility walk around and ensure closure of all observations within the agreed time lines  15 Adhere to the Cost Saving initiatives that are recommended 16 Ensure that the vendor staff attrition rate is within the industry standards  17 52 week maintenance calendar adherence 18 Pit stop activities being followed 19 No work carried out without valid work permit 20 Dynamic score card to be updated – for daily scores 21 Track and monitor R&M budget and invoice submission 22 Implement all EHS driven initiatives at site level and achieve 100% 23 Involve in at least two People Engagement Activities/Programs during the year   24 Establish a method of delegation to free up your time by 50%, succession planning. Groom a successor for yourself and  There should be a back up. 25 Demonstrate actions taken for self development  26 Engage in cross functional trainings and awareness  inorder to handle the situation during critical times. 27 Ensure 100% adherence to ARCHIBUS .  Any deviations should be reported immediately  28 Attend all training programmes nominated for during the year 29 Conduct at least one training program every month for the vendor staff and maintain training records  30 To ensure 40 Hrs of training for each employee in a year
