The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our EMEA Regulatory Affairs team in Zaventem, Belgium on a one-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product free sale across global markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) by managing Free Sale Certificates (FSCs), enabling smooth product export and global market access.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the issuance and renewal of Free Sale Certificates (FSCs) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all FSCs, including timely updates to tracking systems and documentation

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, paralegals, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals

  • Monitor regulatory developments impacting FSCs and implement best practices to enhance efficiency

  • Provide regulatory support for tender processes in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK

  • Collaborate across business units to support departmental goals and broader commercial objectives

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 7–10 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device industry

  • Strong knowledge of international regulations and submissions

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with regulatory bodies

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including internationally
