As the Sr Manager, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketing, you will focus on operational execution of speaker programs and other peer-to-peer opportunities aligned to strategy set by HCP Lead. This role reports directly to the Director HCP Lead.

Key responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Ensure comprehensive approach to identification and monitoring of key thought leaders and strategic accounts and ensure appropriate commercial resources coordinated and deployed.
  • Accountable for speaker’s bureau strategy & execution and develop peer to peer programs (GPO & Third Party)
  • Develop and implement an integrated National commercial advisory board plans to inform brand strategies.
  • Develop congress plans, including commercial booth panels and materials, as well as pre and post launch congress media
  • Work closely with Thought Leader Liaison team to identify key external experts
  • Possess strong leadership, scientific and business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and ensure compliance to all GSK policies.
  • Partner with brand(s) in overlapping customer base to optimize outreach and programming efforts, e.g., dual brand deck and programs

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within marketing and/or sales
  • ~50% domestic travel to congress, professional meetings, and advisory boards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hematology/Oncology experience
  • Philadelphia FMC-based primary, with Durham and Waltham as secondary sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply regional data and analyses to drive high impact business decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and influence without formal authority.
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies, vendors and consultants in support of marketing plans and field team needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution.
