Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide functional, technical, or administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your typical day will involve addressing customer concerns, providing solutions to their problems, and offering assistance in a professional and courteous manner. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist customers in resolving their issues and answering their queries. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions. - Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. - Assist in training new team members on customer service processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Experience with network monitoring and performance optimization. - Familiarity with network hardware and software components. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
