About the Role

Workday is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Customer Experience Business Finance team in a role passionate about financial performance analysis and reporting. We’re looking for an organized, detail oriented, self-starter with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare key financial reports used to lead and support the Professional Services organization.

• Provide qualitative financial analysis around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package for business partner support and consolidation.

• Support the annual strategic planning process, including the evaluation of key metrics and models.

• Own regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to provide significant metrics and insights.

• Participate in cross-functional efforts to continuously improve data quality and establish rigor in measuring and monitoring the business.

• Support cross-functional efforts to drive metric and results based outcomes for key initiatives.

Responsabilidades:

• Preparar informes financieros clave utilizados para dirigir y respaldar la organización de Servicios Profesionales.

• Proporcionar análisis financieros cualitativos en torno a indicadores clave de rendimiento y desarrollar información detallada sobre los resultados del negocio en función de la interpretación de los datos financieros.

• Preparar estados de resultados mensuales y trimestrales y paquetes financieros de alto nivel para el apoyo y la consolidación de partners comerciales.

About You

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of proven experience in a finance, accounting, consulting, or related business function.

• Bachelor's degree in a business function such as accounting or finance.

 

Other Qualifications:

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

• Finance system proficiency.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver and think ahead.

• Willingness to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong business sense with ability to utilize financial data to help develop insights to business performance.

• Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.

• Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.

• Finance or Accounting experience in the software or SAAS industry.

• High proficiency with MS Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides).

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tool preferred.

Cualificaciones requeridas:

• 7 años o más de experiencia en finanzas, contabilidad, consultoría o función comercial relacionada.

• Título universitario en alguna función empresarial como contabilidad o finanzas.

Otras cualificaciones:

• Excelentes dotes de organización, gestión del tiempo y comunicación (escrita y verbal).

• Capacidad de adaptación a los rápidos cambios del negocio y las organizaciones, que acompañan a un entorno de gran crecimiento.

• Experiencia en finanzas o contabilidad en el sector del software o SAAS.

• Alto dominio de MS Excel (Google Sheets) y PowerPoint (Google Slides).

• Preferiblemente, experiencia con Workday Adaptive Insights o una herramienta de planificación financiera similar.
