Summary of Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of compensation programs and policies such as base pay, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, annual compensation processes including merit increases, salary surveys, and market pricing.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Helps manage, design, communicate, implement, and administer compensation programs and policies such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, annual compensation processes including salary increases, annual compensation processes, salary surveys and market pricing ensuring programs meet budgetary requirements and related legislation. May develop components of overall compensation strategies.
Evaluates market data to determine GF’s competitive position. Develops proposals to ensure our programs attract and retain talent and support corporate financial goals.
Audits jobs for content and prepares job profile descriptions.
Provides assistance in Executive Compensation, Global Compensation and other specialized areas of compensation.
Other Responsibilities:
Provide detailed reports and feedback to the GF HR team.
Perform Compensation analytics and assist other Compensation processes as needed.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Completed Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Business or related discipline.
0-2 years of Equity or Compensation-related experience
Management of confidential data.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills, ability to multitask and shift priorities

Expected Salary Range
$46,100.00 - $82,300.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
