作为各部门管理人员及合作者的主要联系人,您将协助直线经理全面开发和实施上海迪士尼度假区运营管理人员和一线演职人员的技术培训。
工作内容:
- 您将负责各运营部门培训需求的分析与策略规划,协调培训的实施与授课,并监督与跟踪培训完成度报告;
- 您将与劳动力管理团队合作,制定运营演职人员的培训计划,提供用于入职和持续培训(包括课堂培训、移动学习、在岗培训、更新培训、焕新培训)排班和完成情况跟踪所需的参数;
- 您将与迪士尼大学团队合作,确保所有入职培训课程的顺畅实施,包括课程内容及组织工作;
- 您将管理所有运营培训讲师和在岗培训师的发展和工作计划,并支持入职培训和持续培训的课程;
- 您将与文档团队协调制定文档以及实施的方法与准则;
- 您将与运营管理人员合作,规划和管理各部门管理人员的学习计划;
- 您需要使用制作工具开发、更新和维护电子学习及移动学习课件,并制作与培训相关的多媒体内容;
- 您将支持适应性学习管理系统的落地、上线和维护;
- 您将管理学习系统的运营以支持各类培训活动的计划、开展和汇总小结。

Job Summary:
As primary contact person of different Lines of Business Leaders and partners, you need to support the line manager for the overall development and implementation of technical training for Operations Leaders and Frontline Casts at Shanghai Disney Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for analysis and strategic planning of training needs for operations Lines of Business , coordinate the training implementation and delivery, and oversee and track the reporting of training completion;
- You will partner with Workforce Management team to develop a training schedule for operational Cast Members, and provide parameters for the scheduling & tracking of onboarding and ongoing training including classroom training, mobile learning, on-the-job training, update training and refresh training;
- You will partner with the Disney University on a seamless delivery of all on-boarding classes, including training contents and logistics;
- You will manage the development and schedules for all operations training facilitators and on-the-job trainers, and support onboarding and ongoing training courses;
- You will coordination with Documentation team to develop documents and implementation methods and guidelines;
- You will partner with operations leaders to schedule and manage the learning plans for leaderships of each line of business;
- You need to create, update and maintain the electronical and mobile learning courseware and create training-related multimedia products by using authoring tools;
- You will support the landing, launching and maintenance of adaptive learning management platform;
- You will manage the operations of the learning systems to support the planning, delivery and reporting of variety of training activities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background, minimum 3 years of training-related working experience (technical training and/or learning and development fields);
- Demonstrated strong partnering skills and relationship-building skills;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, and to influence others from different levels;
- Demonstrated ability to start and implement the work independently, and continuously improve yourself in the rapidly changing working environment;
- Demonstrated experience in assisting the delivery and communication of training and instructional design process, and with strategic thinking and analytical skills;
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in both mandarin Chinese and English;
- Familiar with computer software including Microsoft office or Visio;
- Experience with learning management system as developer or administrator is preferred;
- Experience with electronical or mobile learning courseware development and multimedia products development is preferred.
