So, what does a TaskUs Talent Acquisition Coordinator really do?

Think of yourself as a pivotal part of TaskUs’ growth, where you engage European candidates. Your role was designed to assist with onboarding top talent at TaskUs. Your achievements are gauged not on hours worked, but the engagement of the candidates starting with Us.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding experience for new hire classes ranging in size from 1-150+ people.

  • Assist recruiters with day-to-day talent acquisition process and administration (ex: interview scheduling, next steps etc.)

  • Initiate and review background checks.

  • Create and send offer letters; ensure offer letters are complete and accurate.

  • Ensure data in recruiting systems is complete and accurate so integrations with HRIS and other 3rd party tools work as intended.

  • Ensure all required documentation has been completed by new hires and filed accordingly in all Recruiting systems (ex: hiring documents, personal documents etc)

  • Ensure all new hires have everything they need on day one. (ex: laptop, credentials, email address, etc.).

  • Send welcome emails to all new hires so they know what to do and where to go on day one.

  • Send new hire paperwork and track completion.

  • Ensure all new hires are engaged and ready to start.

  • Source and screen new candidates, using all available methods, including online, posting flyers, developing Recruiting Partnerships with local businesses, schools, and vendors, as well as using social media to connect with an audience you build. 

Qualifications:

  • Verbal & written fluency in English. Additional knowledge of German, Italian or French be highly appreciated

  • HR or Recruiting experience

  • Experience providing administrative support to a team, preferably within Talent Acquisition

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday HCM, ServiceNow and/or recruiting experience

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment

  • Previous experience recruiting for a call center (nice to have)

  • Experience with Google Suite preferred
