Senior Site Account Manager, Scheduling and Cell Logistics

The Position:
The Senior Site Account Manager, Scheduling and Cell Logistics (SCLT) will be responsible for building and managing a high-functioning team of Site Account Managers supporting the Site Account Specialists who are scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of BMS’s commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. They will build and maintain strong relationships with other partners across the Cell Therapy Franchise to ensure best-in-class customer service is delivered to our BMS certified treatment centers across North America. They will deliver on our Scheduling and Cell Logistics strategy, processes, KPIs.
Position is office-based in either Seattle, WA or Summit, NJ with an in-office attendance requirement of a minimum of 50% of the time. Remote work must be performed at home with consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function.
Holiday support is required as assigned.
Domestic and international travel is possible and will not exceed 20%.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
7 years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, customer service, logistics, supply chain
Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is required
2 years managing direct reports
Must have strong proficiency Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of individual contributing managers who support SCLT’s Site Account Specialists managing 100+ treatment sites while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and professional team atmosphere and delivering
Lead team meetings and team building events
Manage given resources and identify resources needs to meet team goals and SCLT’s global strategy
Hire and develop direct reports
Ensure all team members are well trained, meet KPIs and metrics, and deliver a positive end to end customer experience to our internal and external customers
Act as secondary escalation point for Site Account Specialists, treatment sites, and commercial partners
Communicate issues related to supply, manufacturing, and business continuity and their resolutions to SCLT management and key internal and external stakeholders
Develop and oversee plans of action for issues impacting a significant number of treatment sites
Analyze trends and develop action plans based on feedback from treatment sites and internal partners, operational metrics, and KPIs.
Develop and implement processes and drive continuous improvement
Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with BMS commercial matrix team, regional internal partners, and treatment sites
Lead, manage, and act as subject matter expert on global projects and cross-functional initiatives
Mentor at least one working group
Develop and gather endorsement for business cases for transformational projects
Comply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentation
Understand and champion global strategy and role of SCLT
Provide input into goals and plans to deliver on SCLT’s global strategy
Set and manage team goals aligned with SCLT’s global strategy

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $127,000 - $159,000 , plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
