About the Role: As an LTD Product Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technology. This position includes developing test programs for Parametric Test (ETest), wafer Sort and unit Class test. It involves working closely with Foundry Program, Design, Device and Quality/Reliability customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: � Defining test plans with key customers consistent with tool capabilities and resources. � Developing test content for parametric (ETest), cache (array), or fuse test programs. � Coordinating and validating the results for new products through Test operations. � Documenting and validating changes to existing test programs. � Modifying test conditions for engineering requests and summarizing the results. � Debug of unexpected test results. � Collaborating with Foundry TD partners in Hillsboro, Oregon, to address critical test issues. Qualifications:

Job Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess one of the following: � Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: � Experience with electrical measurements or circuit analysis. � Experience with device design, characterization or instrumentation. � Some programming experience.
