The Talent Acquisition Process & Technology Specialist plays a key role in optimizing the recruitment process through the effective implementation, management, and enhancement of talent acquisition (TA) technologies and workflows. This role will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the TA function by identifying process improvements, implementing new tools, and ensuring that systems and processes are aligned with business goals. This role will collaborate closely with recruiting teams, HR leadership, IT, and external vendors to enhance the overall candidate and recruiter experience.
Responsibilities:
Suggest and implement ways to better use technology (including ML and AI).
Regularly evaluate new recruiting technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement, staying up to date with emerging TA tech trends. Suggest and implement new features for existing technologies.
Analyze current TA processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and improve the candidate experience.
Participate in onboarding and mentoring team members to deepen their understanding of key processes and workflows (QA).
Provide training and onboarding to recruiters, and hiring managers on TA technologies, systems, and new process enhancements.
Create training resources such as user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support for TA tools.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes.
Experience with recruiting technologies, system administration, and workflow optimization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse teams.
Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and system optimization.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting technology, HR systems management, or process improvement.
Workday experience required.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse).
Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing recruiting technologies and processes.
Experience with recruitment process automation, AI-powered recruiting tools, or talent analytics platforms.
