Job Purpose:

This position is mainly responsible for heavy and light fabrication system solution design /validation /improvement for WBT machinery. The position will support both new product introduction and current production machine maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for fabrication system and components solution development for CQL WBT machinery products.  Be able to transfer VOC into CCR, develop & evaluate concept alternatives, perform DFMEA, develop technical specification and conduct detailed drawing development.

Work with cross functional teams including purchasing and operation to meet PQVC requirements.

Support current production maintenance and CPI projects. Be able to identify root causes and develop PCAs for field failures.

Coach and support junior engineer to develop best concept on NPI and NTI.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.

Language Requirements:

Good command of both English writing and speaking
