Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the application for new hires and renewal of work permit to Macau Immigration for non-skilled employees.
- Complete work permit related procedures at Macau Immigration and Human Resources Office.
- Work closely with labor agencies for non-skilled labors’ work permit related documentation in and out.
- Assist to prepare regular reports for management and concerned parties.
- Coordinate the logistics for new hires arrival and repatriation arrangement for non-skilled employees (hotel and/or transportation arrangement).
- Assist to conduct relocation orientation and related pre-employment procedures.
- Coordinate hotel booking and contract renewal.
- Perform ad hoc HR projects when needed.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in human resources or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Possess general computer knowledge and proficient with (Microsoft Office applications).
