OVERVIEW:
The Director of Marketing - Financial Planning & Analysis is a strategic thinker with a proven track of leadership and collaboration. The role is responsible for the financial support of our growing Retail Media Network and Loyalty programs. The Director will work with cross-functional senior leadership to create and recommend business investments, initiatives, systems and processes to support program growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 7 yrs related experience required, Retail background a strong plus
Previous experience leading and developing a high-performing team
Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills required; adept at learning and applying technology tools and resources - PeopleSoft, Hyperion, MicroStrategy (or equivalent best-in-class ERP tools)
Ability to evaluate and manage priorities and deadlines in order to support unscheduled analysis and projects. Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to adjust schedule accordingly.
Detail oriented with strong process development skills. Ability to identify existing or potential deficiencies in operating processes or procedures, recommend solutions, and proactively seek continuous economic and operating efficiencies. Excellent analytical skills and able to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
High sense of urgency and ability to identify solutions to advanced, time sensitive challenges by balancing achievement of process objectives with practical considerations - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and the ability to influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.
