SUMMARY
The Senior (Sr.) Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Company’s corporate financial planning, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. This position will play a major role in innovation throughout Corporate FP&A to enhance and update financial models, reports, and presentations. This position will work regularly with cross0functional partners and senior leadership to discuss budgeting and forecasting matters. This role also serves as an administrator for the Company’s corporate performance management system, Oracle EPM, and uses the system to improve and transform processes as well as enhance work products.
JOB DUTIES
- Planning & Forecasting:
- Supports the Company’s corporate financial planning, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Assists in the preparation of related presentations and deliverables.
- Updates forecast models using key drivers, trend analysis, economic and external factors, and strategic guidance from the Executive Leadership Team.
- Monitors the accuracy and predictability of forecast models.
- Challenges forecast assumptions to ensure projections are realistic, align with business strategies and goals, and appropriately consider known risks and opportunities.
- Helps support the monthly financial close process by researching drivers of material variances to forecast and prior year(s) and provides associated commentary on the financial statements.
- Assesses for risks and opportunities to the forecast based on actual results.
- System Administration:
- Serves as a system administrator for the Company’s corporate performance management system, Oracle EPM, and assists with the maintenance of all financial master data.
- Assists with the creation of new reports and dashboards in the system.
- Continuously assesses for opportunities to better leverage the system to improve and transform processes as well as enhance work products.
- Management Reporting:
- Assists in the preparation, analysis, and communication of management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and internal/external presentations and deliverables, including Board of Directors and quarterly earnings presentations.
- Supports ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed.
- Business Support:
- Works with cross-functional teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, identify risks and opportunities, conduct analyses, and measure results.
- Helps coordinate the flow and transfer of information between the Executive Leadership Team, FP&A teams, accounting teams, and other key stakeholders.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Education Preferred: Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
Experience Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance. Experience administrating corporate performance management systems (i.e., Oracle EPM)
WORKING CONDITIONS
- This role requires in-person attendance 4 days a week at the Store Support Center (SSC) located in Hudson, OH. Flexibility to work remotely when requested is determined by management and business needs.
- Sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Move around an office space and between buildings on a large campus, including reaching for files, retail product, supplies, or equipment, as well as the ability to adapt to various workstation setups.
- Work standard business hours and extended hours as needed based on task and project demands.
- Utilization of all communication styles - written, verbal, electronic options.
- Lift and carry office supplies, documents, retail product or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds as needed for tasks such as organizing or setting up workstations.

- Skillset with administrating corporate performance management systems (i.e., Oracle EPM)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
