Job Description Summary:
The position is responsible for the daily operations of assigned clinical areas across multiple care sites and will provide direct oversight and execution responsibility of strategic operations. In addition, the position will also serve as the system liaison for Clinical Support Services providing local, campus-based executive responsibility that entails developing and fostering collaboration between the system-based services and local leadership to ensure an integrated approach to providing services and fulfilling the hospitals goals and objectives. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with medical and healthcare system staff to ensure effective, results-oriented outcomes. These activities are conducted with front-line employees to improve care delivery and reduce waste (products/supplies) or non-value added activities. Primary objective for all of the above mentioned areas is achieving overall success of the assigned responsibilities with attention being given to balanced scorecard results including growth, quality, outcomes, process improvement, staff satisfaction, physician relations, and financial performance.Minimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Field of Study: Business, Hospital Administration or related field. / equivalent professional exp
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Business, Hospital Administration or related field or equivalent professional Experience . Experience in developing, overseeing or interacting with physician groups, product lines, managed care and/or business development activities, continuous quality and process improvement, change management, matrix organizations; strategic planning and budgeting. Strong communications, relationship building, and performance management skills. Strong operational skills; ability to recognize workflow problems and redesign new process/workflow and create buy-in from all customers on change. Tenured healthcare professional with a background in hospital operations, finance, or other related fields involving data, analysis, and process implementation is required. Critical thinking as well as strong analytical, planning and organizational skills required.

Provides project leadership, consultation and implementation to execute new projects/programs and major enhancements to the existing program. Coordinates this implementation with potential users; physicians, patients, clinical staff and other departments. Is able to monitor progress and identify potential barriers to success. Reports progress to key stakeholders as requested.
