About the Role  

The (Group) Account Director (Social/ IMC)’s role is to lead the Business Team to deliver service to our clients’ brands and businesses, and drive growth for T&A Ogilvy.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the Business Team department including numerous small teams inside
  • Work with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives
  • Understand clients' business and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Play a major role in the research, planning, and development of comprehensive Communications Marketing campaigns
  • Serve as daily client contact and as client lead when appropriate
  • Oversee quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence
  • Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft internal and client correspondence, communications plans, new business proposals, etc. 

What You’ll Need  

  • At least 8 years of IMC experiences (already experience in Agency Account Director is must)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Understanding and deep knowledge in IMC campaign, high sense in creativity and innovation
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong client-facing, verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Possesses a high degree of English competency
