Vestmark is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven digital marketing professional to support our strategic efforts to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, qualified lead generation, and sales pipeline growth. In this role, you will use your passion for marketing ops, social media, and data analytics to help our team generate results from our marketing campaigns and understand our sources of success. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping build and execute our marketing initiatives, maintaining our public facing channels, and growing our brand. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to help research, strategize, and produce content and distribute across multiple channels to grow brand awareness, user engagement, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within our Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) to monitor data quality and ensure success metrics are established and tracked correctly for all programs.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to build and test omni-channel campaigns through research, test execution, and competitor analysis, leveraging data analytics to enhance our digital presence and drive strategic market growth.
- Pull, analyze, and report on marketing and business data to identify trends and patterns that reveal customer behavior and habits.
- Coordinate, build, and manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot – including content, message, segmentation, and analysis.
- Help create nurtures and campaigns, from ideation to execution, that work to keep our target audience engaged and drive conversions.
- Execute social media content strategy across multiple social channels. Write and edit social media post copy for Vestmark’s LinkedIn, X, and YouTube accounts.
- Deliver and manage successful paid campaigns for social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Use social media skills to help provide insight into new ways of increasing engagement and followers, improving website traffic and delivering an extraordinary client experience.
- Collaborate with Sales team and external vendors to manage the organization, logistics, and attendance of conferences/events.
- Participate in paid digital marketing campaign development and implementation in support of lead/demand generation, acquisition, and awareness goals. Help to optimize targeting, ad copy, and content.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and platforms to take advantage of new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing experience with strong knowledge of marketing operations, social media, email, and marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot).
- Knowledge of working with B2B audiences preferred.
- Skilled at writing on-brand social and ad copy that is up to date with industry trends and best practices, and an eye for detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of various social platforms, with GA4 experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to project manage and handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills; able to respond and exchange ideas clearly and effectively through writing, speaking, and presentations; shares appropriate information to keep people informed.
- Design experience with Canva and/or Adobe CC a plus.
