Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Assist in the development and implementation of service management strategies. - Provide guidance and support to team members. - Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation. - Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of service management principles and practices. - Experience in managing and delivering IT projects. - Knowledge of project management methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
