Summary of Job Duties:

We are seeking to find a Data Behavioral Health Program Manager to join our team! They will work closely with the Project Director (PD) and Collaborative Medical Director (CMD) for data collection required by the funding agency. Responsible for data collection and formatting in a clear and concise manner for PD and CMD to present for the project. This position will help lead project buildouts and will work with UAMS IT and EPIC teams to implement. These buildouts will assist with the collection of necessary data. The position will work closely with UAMS billing and Compliance to ensure billing workflows are developed and work towards sustainability.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of project/program management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Skill requirements demand intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, charts, graphs, and other methods as required.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, manage multiple programs at one time, and integrate changes smoothly.
  • A high level of accuracy in work is required.
  • Must exhibit excellent ability to edit work for spelling and grammar. Good listening and comprehension skills are essential.
  • Must learn other programs as necessary, i.e., Drop Box, Workday, RedCap, and Microsoft suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in health, business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Workday business processes.
  • Grant management experience.
  • Previous survey work preferred.
