Position Summary: We are currently recruiting top talent for our Eastern and Central time zones for Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers. 

Training will last 11 weeks, Monday-Friday. 
Training hours will be an 8-hour shift btw 8am -6pm in your local time zone. No time off will be allowed during this time. 
Once training is over, the candidate will work a shift schedule of 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM in their local time for 12 months. Once that time is completed, the candidate will enter into the shift bid process and will be working an 8 hr. shift between the hours of 8a-6pm local time 
$17.50 per hour non-negotiable.

Educates plan benefits, answers questions and resolves issues based on incoming telephone member contacts

thoroughly answered/resolved

Required Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
Ability to apply patience
Adaptability
Basic computer, typing and telephony skills
Or, equivalent military experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Customer Service experiences preferred.

Education: High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience

 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $34.15

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
