Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects effectively, and guiding your team through the development process to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - 6 years technical experience within D365 CRM - 5+ years technical experience within D365 CRM Customer Service and Field Service - Strong awareness of the following: CRM configuration & customization, CRM Plug-ins, CRM custom Workflows, Power Automate, Model Driven App, Canvas Apps - Having exposure on Azure DevOps - Act as development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice. - Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed - Write and review technical specification documentation - Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM as well as integrations to other applications. - Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
