The Primary Business Information Owner (PBIO) team plays a crucial role in ensuring appropriate access controls and data governance within applications. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of entitlement data, defining access rules, and ensuring compliance with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Standard for Ruby platform. Ruby is Citi’s financial forecasting system currently assist forecasts for QMMF/CCAR/Operating Plan/Risk scenarios. The PBIO collaborates closely with Application Managers, Information Security Officers, and other stakeholders to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entitlement Description Quality Assurance: Critically review and attest to the quality, accuracy, and clarity of entitlement descriptions within EERS for all Ruby-related applications.  Ensure descriptions are easily understood and align with defined job functions and responsibilities
• Access Rule Definition and Ownership: Define, own, and recertify the least privileged (LP) and segregation of duties (SoD) rule criteria within the Ruby application context in EERS. This includes analyzing access requirements, developing comprehensive rules, and ensuring ongoing accuracy and effectiveness
• Collaboration and Support: Partner with Application Managers, Information Security Officers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of access control policies and adherence to security best practices within the Ruby environment.  Provide guidance and support on access-related matters
• Policy Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving IAM policies and industry best practices.  Ensure that access control measures within the Ruby application landscape remain compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of access management principles, data governance best practices, and the specific functionalities of the forecast platform. The PBIO team will contribute significantly to maintaining a secure and compliant environment for Ruby-based applications.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, data governance role
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Entitlement Review Systems (EERS) or similar access management tools
• Ability to interpret and apply security policies and regulations

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information systems, Computer science, finance, Business, Project Management, or related field.
