If you are our B2B eCommerce Digital Specialists, you will be part of a global agile organization, working on complex business challenges. You will be involved in making sure that eCommerce strategy is driven by the facts, numbers & data. You will have an opportunity to derive key insights from the Customers behaviors, Operational performance metrices, User Support SLAs and explain them in the easy-to-understand language. You will have an opportunity to interact with various regional and worldwide organizations and well as present the insights to different management stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft a vision for personalization and testing strategies that align with organizational goals and maximize the potential of Optimizely.
  • Lead optimization and personalization strategies to improve Campaign conversion rates.
  • Create and oversee the creation and implementation of detailed personalization and optimization plans.
  • Design and implement A/B tests, split tests, and multivariate tests to evaluate variations in content, layout, messaging, and user experience elements.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of campaign performances, using Optimizely testing results to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the technical Optimizely expert within cross-functional teams, offering guidance and insight into the capabilities and advantages of the platform.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to create test variations, set success metrics, and define testing hypotheses.
  • Monitor test performance in real-time, analyse test results, and generate actionable insights to improve conversion rates, engagement metrics, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) design, and digital experimentation.
  • Leverage AI-based testing methodologies, such as automated personalization and predictive targeting, to deliver tailored experiences to segmented audiences.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with Optimizely/Adobe Target or any other personalization & experimentation platform.
  • Dynamic yield
  • Demonstrated expertise in Optimizely/Adobe Target, A/B testing, and JavaScript.
  • Should have strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills for implementation.
  • Experience with any Analytics tool is a plus.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce and/or Digital experience is a plus
