118,000.00 to 120,000.00 USD Per Year

Working Location:

Long Beach, CA (Hybrid / Remote)

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday - Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)

What you bring to SBHG:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Experience in managing IT projects is a plus.
  • Demonstrated t ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Experience in change management and a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle.

How you will make a difference:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role will support multiple departments, including IT, EHR, HR, Finance, Training, and Clinical, overseeing various change projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, including members of the Executive team and Company Officers.

Division/Program Overview:

Lead and manage some of our 50-100 change projects across multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed project plans, coordinate with department heads and stakeholders, and define clear project goals. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular meetings, provide updates, and ensure effective communication. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and challenges. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
