Job Description:

We are looking for a proven ‘human centric’ change management practitioner that leads our change initiatives. Empathy, curiosity, communication, and relationship skills are key to drive a ‘human centric’ change. You will team up with our client leadership and with change leaders. We expect you to coach young graduates as part of the change team or as part of the project team. We will invite you to play an active role in developing the business.

As an Associate Change Management Consultant, you lead small to medium size change missions or drive the change track of major transformation programs (often enabled by disruptive technology). You will be working across industries on different type of change projects: e.g. new operating models or organizations, post-merger integrations or carve-outs,  new ways of working, adoption of new digital tools, enabling new cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consultants, advisors, and experts to develop and deliver tailored solutions
  • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and contributing to solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to design innovative solutions addressing clients' technology challenges
  • Support identifying new business opportunities and contribute to client presentations and proposal development
  • Provide insights and assist in executing the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division
  • Assist in project management, ensuring delivery within budget and maintaining client value
  • Collaborate with other departments for integrated client engagement and service delivery


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience within same industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience and competency in consulting with a history of projects
  • Good knowledge of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Fluent in French and English, with a professional level of Dutch


Other Qualifications:

  • A proven ‘human centric’ change management experience
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills 
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
  • Leadership skills (small to medium size projects/tracks)
