Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Module Development Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to shape the development of training materials for agent development. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by creating impactful training modules and collateral that will empower agents to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design training modules for agent development, ensuring that content is engaging, informative, and effective.
  • Create comprehensive training collateral, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia materials to support the learning process and content creation on our digital learning platform.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops, utilizing strong public speaking skills to engage and motivate internal participants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training materials with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • University degree, minimum S1
  • Minimum 5 years-experience in Insurance industry as Agency Development
  • Proven experience in structured module development, content creation, and public speaking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
  • A passion for learning and development, with a focus on creating innovative and effective training materials.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability to assess training needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in training design and delivery.
  • Quick and responsive to changing circumstances while still focused on meeting the deadline
