Identity and Access Management (IAM) owns and operates services that ensure people have access to what they need and only what they need to perform their role. IAM manages the lifecycle of corporate identities, authentication services, digital credential services, and access review services with a variety of commercial, custom, and open-source solutions.

The Identity Lifecycle Contractor Management Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and elevating the functioning of business information processing.  Their knowledge of tools, computer systems, business processes and workflows will make them a critical member of the team.  They will be required to create supporting artifacts, stories, epics, etc following an Agile framework that will be used by the team for capacity and demand planning and tracking.  This position is also responsible for the end to end understanding, testing and implementation of the Identity Lifecycle Contractor Management solution encompassing Pfizer’s onboarding, offboarding and identity verification/badging processes.

Identity Lifecycle Services: Identity Lifecycle Management for colleagues and contractors, Contractor Management (GetAccess), Identity Verification Process. All products and services are Global, utilized by 90,000+ Colleagues, 65,000+ Contingent Workers and designated Lightspeed critical.  The systems and processes are internally and externally audited for SOX compliance.

  • Provide day-to-day support of Identity Lifecycle Contractor Management services.
  • Maintain existing KBA’s, defects and other related artifacts with new patterns and approaches.
  • Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve Pfizer processes and end user experiences.
  • Assist with the integration of applications and third-party products into our internal services. 
  • Support the development of presentations, roadshows, and reports to communicate team initiatives.
  • Present updated content to stakeholders
  • Perform various critical audit functions for Pfizer’s Contractor Management system.
  • Provide relevant inputs and metrics to support the agenda for identified team meetings and operations.

Metrics and Reporting:  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Identity Lifecycle systems and processes. Produce regular reports for leadership, highlighting the status of identity management initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.

Risk Management:  Identify and assess identity-related risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.  Respond to security incidents related to identity compromise and lead investigations to determine root causes and remediation actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Identity Lifecycle solutions in organizations with greater than 10,000 users.
  • Experience working with HR systems and regulations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with IAM system support, engineering, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and GXP quality regulations and guidelines.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis and information integration.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to write and verbally articulate industry terminology to interact at a technical level, management level and senior executive level.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS :

Respond to requests on short notice, which may require working during extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Periodic international and domestic travel required (less than 5%)
