As a Marketing Manager, Planning and GTM, you will be supporting the Senior Managers and Executive Manager, Planning and GTM to drive excellence across the Consumer Marketing team. You will focus on key areas to deliver collective and individual achievement including culture, capability, enablement, and strategy.
You will also help build a culture where the team feel empowered and inspired to do meaningful and career defining work and coordinate activities across Consumer Marketing to help deliver the shared priorities of the business and drive consistency and efficiency of marketing campaigns in market.

Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function at CommBank.
The Planning and GTM team works across the Consumer Marketing team to help deliver both the Marketing and Corporate Affairs and the Retail Bank's priorities. Our team partners closely with other CommBank Marketing CoEs including Brand & Creative, Business & Institutional Marketing, Media, and Customer Insights and Research.
On any given day, you will:
Support the Senior Manager, Planning & GTM to help shape and deliver the strategic priorities of Consumer Marketing.
Coordinate projects across a matrixed organisation to drive best outcomes with an Enterprise mindset.
Support cross-team reporting and analysis and communicate insights.
Help to shape the culture of the team by helping to deliver the engagement and culture plan of Consumer Marketing.
Coordinate the joint planning process for Consumer Marketing to help derive the benefits of agile.
Coordinate the capability program that will empower and upskill the Consumer Marketing Team.
Manage budget and reporting to support the operational efficiency of the team.
Preparing packs and other communications tools that help to support business priorities.
Coordinate GTM planning across the retail team to help optimise impact, ROI (return on investment) and collaboration across different teams.

We’d love to hear from people who have:
At least 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, strategy or operations background.
Highly developed project management, analytical and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with attention to detail and ability to distil information.
Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to create positive outcomes with a can-do attitude.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving and growth mindset.
Ambition to drive operational excellence
Ability to apply knowledge to ensure best practice, governance and suitable communication with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Financial services background is beneficial, but not required.
