The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for payroll processing, coordinating company sponsored benefit plans, and administering leave of absence and accommodation requests.

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Payroll

  • Process payroll for BAMF Health entities according to schedule. 

  • Troubleshoot issues and perform reconciliation as needed.  

  • Maintain supporting documentation and reports.

  • Assist with quarterly and year-end processing.

Benefits

  • Ensure accuracy of all benefit enrollments within HRIS and carrier portals.

  • Perform monthly billing reconciliation.

  • Assist team members with various enrollment events (new hire, life events, open enrollment).

  • Research market trends and evaluate company sponsored plans to provide recommendations to management.

Leave of Absence

  • Provide leave of absence and accommodation support to team members and leaders.

  • Maintain tracking and supporting documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1 year of experience in payroll administration required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits or leave of absence administration preferred.

  • Workday experience preferred.

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Schedule Details:

  • Employment Status: Full time (1.0FTE)

  • Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40

  • Hours of work: 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

  • Days worked: Monday - Friday
