Your New Role…

This role sits as part of the Brand Solutions EMEA Production Team and we are part of the International Ad Sales group. We support, and work with, the Creative Team to deliver partnerships, sponsorships and branded content for our UK and international clients. Our projects range from organizing live shoots to the coordinating the production of sales reels. We ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget. We work across the Warner Bros. Discovery portfolio – this including both linear and digital channels.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic production team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of various projects, from pre-production through to final delivery. As a Production Coordinator, you will work closely with the Production Manager and other team members to maintain schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate resources.

This is a Job Share opportunity - 2 days a week: Tuesday’s and Friday’s, with a start date in January 2025.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Production Scheduling:

  • Assist the Production Manager in creating and maintaining detailed production schedules.
  • Coordinate tasks and deadlines across multiple projects to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Track project timelines, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively suggest solutions.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and manage production budgets.
  • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring that all projects remain within budget.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of work.
  • Raise pos, updates cost report 

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate all aspects of a project, from initial pitch through to final delivery.
  • Book and manage resources such as graphic designers, voice-over artists, and sound mixers

Shoot Coordinator

  • Work closely with the production manager to coordinate and organize shoots, including location scouting, scouting crew , organizing catering , organizing wardrobe, organize casting
  • Oversee and coordinate activities on set   

Team Collaboration:

  • Provide essential support to the Production Manager in all aspects of production
  •  Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure smooth project production, maintaining clear communication and consistent alignment
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and on time.
  • Facilitate collaboration by organizing regular updates and meetings.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Some experience in production coordination
  • Some experience in shoot coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and tight budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work on different project simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Monday.com (or other project management software).
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
