You are supporting the Global Strategy Analytics department which is split into 3 teams: Research & Strategy, Valuations and Advanced Analytics. We work in a dynamic and international environment with both internal and external stakeholders.

Activities:
- Calendar management for teams.
- SharePoint site management and internal communications for teams.
- Travel management and expense reports for 2 senior executives.
- Event planning ranging from team events to events with external suppliers
- Coordinating weekly inter‐departmental calls.
- Administrative tasks including file management
- Support project management
Tell us if you are ready:
- Three years’ experience in administrative role or related field and/or training
- Fluent in English
- Ability to collaborate cross-departments and levels of the organization to complete various assignments
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate via email with custom‐ ers, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive, proactive work ethic and approach
- Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
