What you will do 

In this role, you will support project managers in delivering security projects, handling everything from procurement to project completion. You will coordinate material orders, schedule deliveries, and manage subcontractor arrangements. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing invoices, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining accurate records on procurement and payment activities. For small-scale projects, you will oversee full cost control, including budget tracking and the production of monthly cost forecasts

How you will do it 

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to review and improve department objectives.

  • Plan and monitor projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Negotiate best-value pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all project sites.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for bid preparation and provide project updates.

What we look for 

Required 

  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build positive relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Background in security or a related industry.

  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety.

  • Education to A Level (or equivalent).
