Job Description:

What You'll Do

If you enjoy problem solving, uncovering opportunities for marketing campaign process improvement, identifying and mitigating risks, and leading cross-functional teams, this job is for you! You will be responsible for leading initiatives, developing strategic enhancements, and completing ongoing monitoring, managing compliance and process improvement related tasks within Portfolio Marketing.

How You’ll Do It

  • Helps management maintain and enhance department or functional units in support of the overall marketing processes, customer communications and compliance risks.

  • Utilizes data and insights to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem solve issues around marketing campaign operations.

  • Innovates and drives operational strategies and process improvements to meet business and operational goals.

  • Ensures a streamlined, more efficient, and effective customer experience.

  • Uses data driven insights to identify process gaps and risks that lead to more fact-based problem solving to streamline workflow

  • Leads business requirements ensuring accuracy and completes analyses to drive speed to market improvements for campaign planning and execution.

  • Utilizes root causes and solutions identified from issues to drive continuous process improvement implementation.

  • Responsible for the developing, monitoring and reporting strategic roadmaps with dashboards that outline key performance indicators to cross-functional teams and leadership

  • Evaluates, monitors and/or tests the adequacy of business processes and practices with respect to risks, controls and regulatory requirements identifying gaps and issues.

  • Documents and reviews process flows in BlueWorks Live, develops standard work templates and correlating job aids to support critical and core business activities.

  • Assist teams managing through change management when new processes and capabilities are integrated into the marketing campaign workflow.

  • Engages with internal and external business partners to formulate actionable solutions to business problems.

  • Effectively and consistently communicates statuses and results.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or Continuous Improvement.

  • 2 + years of experience in Analytics.

  • In Lieu of Education 4 + years of experience in Business Analytics, Operations Process Analysis.

  • Ability to communicate verbally; Ability to communicate in written form.

Bonus if you have

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration and Management or Continuous Improvement.

  • 6 + years of Process Improvement.

  • Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMP Certification  

  • Understanding and/or experience with end-to-end marketing campaign management

  • Experience working in workflow tools e.g. Jira, Workfront

  • Experience working with marketing technology and/or content management platforms

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
