Role Definition

This position…Manage assets of Acuna Plant inside/outside of facility, manage AUC area; support to all departments related to assets. Coordinate the sale of assets in Surplus area. Responsible of audit monthly and annually the assets in Acuna. 

Responsibilities:

  • Report of assets outside of facility.
  • Report of assets auditory.
  • Control of incoming/outcoming of assets in AUC and Surplus area.
  • Tag assets, and rental/test equipment.
  • Give support to different departments about assets (location, owner, approvals in ETQ, etc.)
  • Approver in different systems related to assets and scrap.
  • Leads discussions on investment risks based on the due diligence findings.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management.
  • Mastery of asset procedures and PCNs.
  • Skills to manage and report audit results.

Degree Requirement:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.

  • Identifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.
  • Develops alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Helps to analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution.
  • Uses fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems.
  • Identify improvements in the process itself and in applications.
  • Proactivity.

Manufacturing Safety:

• Inspects manufacturing working environment to find safety violations within a specific area.
• Utilizes personal protective equipment required or recommended for manufacturing staff.
• Determines appropriate action to take when unsafe conditions are encountered.
