The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and strategic goals. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality and scalability.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs and various integration patterns.
  • Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including release management, continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Web Components), and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development and custom UI solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Copado).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a technical team.



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
