What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Automate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB.NET, Python etc. to help in Automations. Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in RPA technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, VBA Macros, and enterprise solution architecture. The role involves driving automation strategy, defining technical standards, mentoring development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end automation and low-code solutions aligned with business and technology strategies. Define architecture, technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for automation programs. Evaluate business processes and recommend optimal automation approaches using RPA, Power Platform, or hybrid solutions. Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation. Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance of solutions.
