About the Role

This is a Product Designer role at an early-stage fintech company building global trust infrastructure and digital identity solutions for businesses. You'll join an experienced design team and sit at the heart of product strategy — exceptional design is a core differentiator, and your work will directly shape user conversion, retention, and the foundations of design culture as the team scales.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a modular design system that powers both live product implementations and Figma prototypes.

  • Design complex, multi-step onboarding flows tailored to modular customer needs.

  • Apply a conversion-focused mindset by measuring, testing, and iterating on every step of the user experience.

  • Prototype quickly and systematically, incorporating customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end engineering teams to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production.

  • Shape design culture by establishing standards and patterns that help the team grow effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, compliance, or fintech environments.

  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems with modular components across live implementations and design tools such as Figma.

  • Proven ability to design complex, multi-step onboarding flows with conversion optimization and A/B testing methodology.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to translate designs into production-ready implementations.

  • Strong prototyping and rapid iteration skills, including user testing and feedback incorporation.

  • Comfort designing for complex business logic, regulatory requirements, or compliance-heavy workflows.

  • Ability to document design decisions, trade-offs, and learnings clearly for cross-functional audiences.

  • Experience helping establish design standards, patterns, and culture within growing teams.

  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies and analytics-driven design validation is a plus.

  • Background in fintech, compliance, identity verification, or business onboarding is a strong advantage.
