Manager, Product Management F/T

Overview
Responsible for driving our bill pay segment forward, by consistently innovating, problem solving, and partnering across business lines.
Role.
• Responsible for leading initiatives that are critical to delivering upon the newly designed and high-profile strategy to grow consumer spend with bill pay merchants.
• Develop and drive marketing campaign(s) with issuers and merchants to drive consumer card spend with bill pay merchants.
• Build and execute recommendations on incorporating bill pay into card product constructs (rewards categories, co-brands, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal partners including Global and North America product, account management, marketing, data, and services, and issuer, fintech, and bill pay merchant customers to deliver seamless execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise around Bill Pay providing thought leadership around trends, segment needs, and growth strategies, organizing initiatives and projects to progress the Segment agenda, and monitoring performance of delivery.
• Work with debit and credit product teams, Global counterparts, North America account teams, and senior stakeholders to build a new bill pay transaction identifier.

About You
• Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Liberal Arts, or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in Product Management.
• Must have one (1) year of work experience with: Analyzing large amounts of data to tell a story; Navigating a matrixed organization and managing upward communications; Stakeholder management; Working in the payments industry, in particular credit cards and debit cards; Participating in highly technical discussions and translating those discussions for a business audience.
• Rate of pay: $241,925 - $318,000/ year

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
