About the Role

Responsible for providing technical medical expertise for underwriting decisions and resolution of customer enquiries and claims and managing healthcare related services provided to policy holders

Key responsibilities:

  • Offer online medical assistance to customers
  • Customer communication/visiting/education
  • Handle basic medical inquiry from customer
  • Assist senior medical consultant in medical reviewing Be alert on the critical/ risky cases and escalate whenever necessary.
  • Coordinate with medical facilities or even doctors when handling cases if necessary
  • Provide medical support and valuable proposal to other teams
  • Track day to day reviewed case volume and work with manager to analyse the data on regular basis to guide future work
  • Work closely with external vender on services, like appointment, evacuation etc.,
  • Support global business with local medical knowledge
  • Well balance cost containment and member experience as well
  • Be pro-active & cooperative for new clinical initiatives
  • Take full advantage of global medical resources as well as local resources, also be cooperative with medical consultant from group business Support related projects
  • Other work assigned by leader

Skills/experience required:

  • Associate degree major in nursing, or Bachelor degree majored in clinical medicine
  • Minimum 3 years working experience at hospital / clinic / medical related position
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, and good communication skill
  • Customer centricity orientation
  • Passion for talent development and growth
  • Capacity of Self learning and cross team cooperation
  • Priority and time management skill
