The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation is focused on "beating heart" therapies for hospitals. Post-cardiac arrest, STEMI heart attack, and severe fever are some of the applications of ZOLL's unique devices. Fully integrated, ZOLL Circulation researches, develops, manufactures, and sells novel technologies includes ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions. Temperature Management Solutions empower physicians to "prescribe" a temperature and achieve it.

Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist, Netherlands & Belgium

Location: Netherlands Remote – circa 70% travel

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to advise and support Health Care Professionals in hospitals. To generate business for ACT/Temperature Management Solutions and support its commercial development.

Essential Job Function

• Execute customized product Training Programs for ZOLL Hospital Customers
• Identify and exploit opportunities for ZOLL to increase consumable sales
• Participate in, product related, Sales Training for new Territory Managers
• Promote temperature management (IVTM & surface) products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians. Meet with a variety of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customers’ needs, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled.
• Participates in customer/society education meetings and conventions
• Create, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL Support
• Support customers in complaint management in compliance with ZOLL´s own guidelines

Required / Preferred Education and Experience:

• 2+ years clinical or sales experience (preferably worked in ICU
• Experience with resuscitation, neuro, fever (TTM)
• Medical device representativ
• Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and patholog
• Experience teaching and educating medical personnel - ILS/PILS provider, ideally instructor
• Fluency in Dutch and English are mandatory (French would be advantageous)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, empathy
• Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels and functions.
• Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines.
• Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
