What You Can Expect:

Product Supply Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world’s best love brands. Working as a Utilities & Facilities Engineer in Technical Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading capital projects in the facilities area in line with CMS standards.
  • Contributing to capital budgeting and forecasting to ensure that the needs of Facility, Utility, Sustainability, Efficiency, and Savings are included in CAPEX.
  • Owning Site Facility Master Planning for a defined scope and area, ensuring that the SFMP reflects business needs and inputs from appropriate programs (at a minimum: MPA, GEO, LRBP, and SND).
  • Driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency in line with CBN and Business Unit needs.
  • Supporting and driving Net Zero activities.
  • Managing the Shared Services provider in your area of responsibility.
  • Being responsible for technical factory maintenance.
  • Being responsible for building and property administration, including planning, maintenance, and repair.
  • Supervising the execution of the FSP contract (technical, cleaning, catering, pest control, and landscape maintenance).
  • Ensuring an uninterrupted supply of business-critical energy sources and centrally supplied materials, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving projects under the direction of the FSS&CM Manager.
  • Acting as the Construction Manager and Site Construction Process Owner.

Job Qualifications

Technical University Graduates (Electrical or Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Automation, Management and Production Engineering), who:

  • Have technical skills and positive attitude towards challenges and change,
  • Display strong leadership, teamwork and analytical skills; operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams,
  • Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility,
  • Demonstrate very good Polish & English skills.
  • Experience in utility management is welcome.
