As a Leakage HUB Analyst, you'll play a key role in data analysis, supporting the leakage investigation process, and helping to reduce leakage across the treated water distribution network. You'll work closely with operational teams, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely response to leakage investigations. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and impactful team, supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives.
This is an office-based role however with a regional team. Some travel to local and regional meetings will be necessary.
Interrogate and analyse Hydrophone and Acoustic Logger data to identify trends and anomalies.
Manage and support the production of POIs (Points of Interest) for leakage investigations.
Ensure data handling and updating is administered accurately.
Perform post-leak analysis and track performance against KPIs.
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
Ability to think creatively to provide solutions to complex problems
Experience in leakage detection, trend analysis, and acoustic filtering would be desirable but full training will be given.
Ability to work within mobile application environments and agile settings.
Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong teamwork skills with a desire to make a solid contribution to your team.
Strong organisational skill and ability to prioritise workloads according to business requirements.
Proactive in seeking improvements and automating processes.
Experience in data analytics, with a focus on leakage or water distribution.
Computer literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams/Excel/Word is essential.
Proficient in using systems and tools to manage and interpret data sets.
Ability to multitask and work well within a pressured environment.
A creative and solution-focused mindset to solve complex problems.
Experience in building collaborative relationships across teams.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when working with customers, team members, and other teams.
