Description of Task to be Performed:
AnaVation is seeking an Operations Lead to drive our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives for the customer’s system.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead IGA efforts for our system, including developing and implementing identity lifecycle management policies and procedures.
- Oversee the provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and access rights, ensuring compliance with Zero Trust Architecture and least privilege principles.
- Manage the integration of new applications into the system.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and web servers to support business needs.
- Perform software installations and upgrades, monitor system performance, and ensure data integrity. Implement backup and recovery processes and develop standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine hardware and software audits and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations.
This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph.
This position is on-site with our customer in Washington, DC. After the initial phase of on-site support, there is potential for remote work, subject to customer approval.
