Role Summary

As an Analyst at HP Digital Go-To-Market, you will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators and identifying strategic opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and financial data to develop actionable insights that drive our global strategy.  If you're passionate about leveraging data to influence business decisions and are excited to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze global ecommerce trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and challenges
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas of underperformance and recommending actionable improvements
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Consult with business leaders on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process and related projects
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to generate actionable insights that drive strategy development.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and market developments to ensure HP remains at the forefront of the industry.

Must-Have Skills

  • Solid technical skills, understanding of data & analysis to solve business problems with a detail – oriented mindset .
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data using Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate with virtual teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop executive presentations.

Desired Knowledge/Skills

  • Excellent analytical thinking and analysis skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Deep experience with Excel, Databases and related analytics tools
  • Experience with Data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Tableau, and Power BI to develop  dashboards.
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and/or advanced analytics preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Firm understanding of key Financial metrics.

Education/Experience Required

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of work experience in data analysis, finance, or related field.
